Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mango, the AI phone receptionist operated by MM Intelligence (“Mango”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Mango answers phone calls for your business using artificial intelligence: it greets callers, answers questions from the business information you provide, takes messages, books appointments, sends notifications, and can transfer calls to you. You configure what Mango knows and how it behaves from your dashboard.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
- You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mango to:
- break the law, including telemarketing, robocalling, and communications laws such as the TCPA;
- impersonate another business or person, or configure the assistant to deceive callers about who they are dealing with;
- collect information from callers you are not entitled to collect;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other customers’ data; or
- resell the service without our written agreement.
Calls, recording, and compliance
Calls answered by Mango are recorded and transcribed so you receive transcripts, summaries, and notifications. You are responsible for complying with the call-recording and consent laws that apply to your business and your callers’ locations, including making any required disclosures to callers. Phone numbers provisioned through Mango are provided via our telephony partners and remain subject to their acceptable-use rules.
AI limitations
Mango uses artificial intelligence, and AI makes mistakes. It may occasionally mishear a caller, state something inaccurately, or handle a request imperfectly. You are responsible for reviewing appointments, messages, and summaries, and for correcting anything important. Mango is not an emergency service and must not be relied on to route or respond to emergency calls.
Your data
You own your business information and your call data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — to process calls, store transcripts, and send notifications on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Pricing is as agreed at signup or in your order with us. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Mango and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for us or others, or fail to pay. On termination we will release your phone number per our telephony partners’ rules and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will be answered or handled correctly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your business’s use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law, including call-recording and telemarketing laws.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the service evolves; we will post changes here and notify you of material changes. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
